Perfectly Preserved Peppers

As the snow melted on our balcony, we were amazed to find a perfectly preserved pepper plant (try saying that 10 times fast).  Apparently the snow, cold, wind and sun dried these poor neglected hot peppers perfectly, and they are ready to use in our favorite recipes!

There is a Great Debate going on here on Church Street about the best way to use our peppers:  Ground into hot pepper flakes to sprinkle on our favorite dishes?  Rehydrated and used in our favorite chili?  Cut open for seed harvesting?  Popped into our favorite olive oil drizzler with a few garlic cloves?  Pickled?  Or made into a nice hot salsa?

Any suggestions, readers?
