You will be shocked to read that we had more snow on Church Street yesterday.
We vowed not to complain about this winter’s weather anymore after seeing the state of the Thames, so we won’t. Instead, we went for a walk on Main St to see how our little town has fared in the winter weather. The old colonial houses look picture perfect with their white caps of snow, and the shop keepers were setting out their iron tables and chairs to prepare for the days’ business.
At night the little houses further down Main Street are sparkling with snow and the warm glow of porch lights is inviting and magical. We love winter on Church.
